Privacy Policy

MuslimSG is a static website with no server-side processing. We do not collect or store personal data ourselves, and nothing you enter into our tools leaves your browser. We use Google Analytics to count visits (see below).

  • No accounts or forms — nothing you enter (such as Zakat calculation figures) ever leaves your browser.
  • Analytics — we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand which pages are visited and how, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies and receives your page views, approximate location, device and browser details, and IP address, which Google processes outside Singapore. We run no advertising scripts. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Local storage only — your theme preference and travel bookmarks are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
  • Embedded content — the Mosque Finder page embeds a map from maps.gov.sg (OneMap). Loading that map is subject to the Singapore government's own privacy practices.
